Stephanie Pratt Got Arrested for DUI

Stephanie Pratt, star of reality show The Hills, was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving in Hollywood early Sunday morning, after a night of partying.

A Los Angeles police spokesman had confirmed about the arrest of 23-year-old Pratt, at 3:45 a.m. in Hollywood. She was charged with a misdemeanor and taken to Van Nuys jail. She was later released around 10 a.m. Sunday morning after posting $5,000 bail.

As Sgt. Sal Ogaz explained the incident, “It was your basic DUI. Our traffic officers driving down the street spotted her and pulled her over. She was cooperative and there were no issues with her arrest.”

Earlier in the evening, Pratt was and several Hills costars spent Saturday night at another Hills co-star Holly Montag’s 26th birthday party at Empire, an L.A. nightclub. At 11 p.m., Pratt Tweeted: “its my sissy @hollymontags bday party! just finished dinner and going to Empire but im pretty tired aka yes i am the party pooper :(”

Further more, a witness said that at around 2 a.m. Pratt, Montag and other partygoers headed over to Beso in Hollywood, where they partied for an hour. After that the group parted ways and Pratt took off in her own car.

Well, it looks like a pretty heavy day of partying caused you no good. Lesson to be learned Stephanie!
