Lindsay Lohan and Audrina Patridge can breathe a sigh of relief now, as the man that was accused of breaking into their homes and burglarized it have been formally charged.

Aaccording to a spokeswoman for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, 18-year-old Nicholas Prugo was rung up Tuesday on two felony counts of residential burglary, and could face up to six years in the state prison.

Prugo was busted last month, September 17, after security camera videos from both of the actresses’s house showed him and several friends did the crime. He is accused of breaking into Patridge’s house on February 23 and allegedly taking more than $43,000 in jewelry and designer clothes. Lohan’s home was burglarized on August 23 and an estimated $128,000 in jewelry, designer clothes and accessories were taken.

He is out now on $100,000 bail and scheduled to be arraigned Nov. 11. A source close to the case said that two more accomplices, including 19-year-old suspect Rachel J. Lee who voluntarily surrendered to the police, may be charged soon. Prugo’s attorney, Sean G. Erenstoft, wasn’t immediately available for comment. While Prugo is expected to enter a plea on Nov. 12.

It’s a good news for Lindsay and Audrina, and hopefully there won’t be any other victims.
