Lisa Kudrow Will Visit Cougar Town

Former Friends star, Lisa Kudrow will reunite with ex co-star Courteney Cox as she had agreed to guest star on Cox’s latest sitcom, Cougar Town.

46-year-old Kudrow, who played the eccentric Phoebe Buffay on the famous New York-based sitcom, will headed to the Cougar Town, as an accomplished dermatologist whose services become addictive to Cox’s character, Jules Cobb, despite the doctor’s evil temperament.

A rep for ABC, the show’s network, had confirmed Monday night that Kudrow will appear on the show during November sweeps. When asked about the role of her former co-star, Cox said, “She’ll play a dermatologist that my character can’t stop going to even though the doctor is mean to me. She’s the best in town at what she does and I become addicted.”

45-year-old Cox has stated repeatedly that she’d like to have all her former Friends castmates on her new ABC series. She had asked her former ‘husband’, Matthew Perry to guest star on the show as another love interest, but, “He thought it was a little too much after Chandler and Monica.”

Not only Perry, Cox has also wanted to bring Jennifer Aniston to the show. “I’d love for her to be on the show, too,” Courteney said. “Obviously we can’t cast her so close to Lisa’s appearance but if there’s a great part for her, I’d send it right away. She’s younger than me so she can’t play my contemporary even though she did on Friends, but I think we can find something great for her to play.”

We’re not complaining to see Friends cast reunited! Bring ‘em all!
