Gary Dourdan Pleaded Guilty

Gary Dourdan pleaded guilty to cocaine and ecstasy possession against him, while on the first charge against him for having heroin, was dropped. By that, instead of having to serve three years and eight months in jail, he must complete the 30 hours of classes drug treatment program. But he needs to enroll in the classes by June 11, so that all charges will be dropped when he completes the program.

Shawn Chapman Holley as Dourdan’s lawyer, giving a statement after Dourdan’s arraignment yesterday in Indio, California. he said, “As a result of today’s proceedings, Gary has been given diversion (a drug treatment program). He very much regrets what happened and he’s very embarrassed by what occurred, but he’s looking forward to moving on and getting back to work”.

His character, Warrick, was shot two times in the CSI’s last season finale episode. And by Warrick’s death, it can be assured that Dourdan won’t be joining CSI cast anymore.

That’s too bad…, but it’s a great ‘eye-opener’ for Gary Dourdan. he must get his life together again to achieve more in his career.
