The movie is still waiting for its premiere, but the soundtrack has already speaks louder.

The soundtrack to the upcoming Twilight movie sequel, New Moon, grabbed the No. 1 spot on the U.S. pop chart Wednesday. According to Nielsen SoundScan, the album sales increased by 33 percent, adding another 153,000 copies sold during the week ended October 25.

With this result, New Moon beats last week’s chart topper, Crazy Love by Michael Buble, who is at number three this week with 101,000 copies sold. Country star, Tim McGraw followed at No. 2 with his lowest debut sales week for a studio set.

The compilation album features music by Death Cab for Cutie, Thom Yorke, and The Killers. It follows what had been achieved by the soundtrack to the first movie, who was debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 last November with 165,000 copies. Not only that, New Moon soundtrack has become the second movie soundtrack to top the Billboard 200 this year, following the Hannah Montana album in May.
