Nicole Richie is Recuperating after Suffered from Pneumonia

Nicole Richie had won the battle against pneumonia, and now recharging her energy at home.

The actress/singer/designer checked into hospital last Wednesday, treated for pneumonia. In the days leading up to her hospital stay, she posted a message on her Twitter page noting that she hadn’t been felling well. She wrote, “ok cold, it’s been 6 days. Lets part ways graciously & keep it moving.” She returned home late last week and is recuperating.

Richie’s latest condition was informed by her rocker beau, Joel Madden, who posted a message on his band’s Good Charlotte web site on Friday, “So I stepped off the plane after a month out of the country, and basically went straight to the hospital for the week. But don’t worry all is well and we are home with no problems.”
