David Hasselhoff’s ex-wife, Pamela Bach, was arrested on suspicion of DUI in Los Angeles on Saturday night.

The California Highway Patrol said Sunday that Bach was pulled over Saturday night just south of U.S. 101 on Laurel Canyon Boulevard. She was later booked at the Van Nuys police department, and got released early Sunday morning after posting $15,000 bail.

The CHP alleged Bach showed blood alcohol levels of .14 and .13 on a breathalyzer test. California’s legal limit is .08. She is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 24.

This is not the first time Bach had a run-in with legal trouble. She was charged with misdemeanor hit-and-run in 2007, but the charges were dropped when she agreed to pay minor damages to the woman whose car she hit. Last March, Bach was also arrested for a felony DUI, in which she pleaded no contest in August.

She was then placed on three years of informal probation, and also ordered to go to a treatment program and not drive with any measurable amount of alcohol in her blood. After the release, Bach said she would be attending an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting later in the day.

Bach, who was married to Hasselhoff for 16 years until he filed for divorce in 2006, said about the incident, “I am remorseful and mortified. I am going through a really difficult time between David being in the hospital and dealing with the divorce.”

Don’t repeat the same mistakes twice, Pamela. Sober up!
