Happy news coming from Pearl Jam’s frontman, Eddie Vedder.

The 44-year-old singer will soon to be married to his longtime girlfriend, 32-year-old model Jill McCormick. Vedder reportedly proposed to McCormick in Washington, D.C. last Friday.

It was said that they were in the city for Sunday’s Kennedy Centers Honors gala. Vedder performed at the event that night, as part of the tribute to honoree Bruce Springsteen. Apparently, the night was a memorable night not only to the event’s honorees, but also for Vedder and McCormick.

This happy news must be delightful for the couple’s daughters too; 5-year-old Olivia and Harper Moon, 15-months. No further information announced yet, but this would be Vedder’s second marriage and the first for McCormick.
