Jennifer Garner’s Stalker Got Arrested

Being a famous person is not always pretty. It can turn ugly too, just like what happened to Jennifer Garner.

The Elektra star had to have a stalker scare, when a man who stalked her got arrested at the nursery school where Violet Affleck, Garner’s first daughter with husband Ben Affleck, is enrolled.

Steven Burky was arrested Monday, and now in custody in California on accusations that he violated a restraining order preventing him from coming within 100 yards of actress Jennifer Garner and her family.

Garner was granted a restraining order against Burky in November 2008 after she told the court she believed he posed a threat to her and her family. The 37-year-old actress alleged that Burky had been stalking her since 2002. Police said Burky is being held on $150,000 bail at the Santa Monica Jail.

Garner was popularly known from her role as Sydney Bristow on television series Alias. She had appeared in numerous films, such as Daredevil, 13 Going on 30, Juno and The Kingdom.
