Pete Doherty Got Charged, Again!

Pete Doherty seems never stay away from trouble.

Just a day after he was fined for drink-driving, the british singer has been charged with possessing heroin and released on bail.

On Monday, the 30-year-old Babyshambles frontman appeared in Gloucester court, on charges of driving under the influence of drink and escaped jail. He was banned from driving for 18 months and fined 2,050 pounds ($3,300), after admitting careless and drink-driving following a gig in the city in June.

Not long after that, police officers immediately escorted him from the court to the police station across the road and charged him with the drugs offense. Police said he had been charged with possession of heroin and bailed to appear in court on January 27.

This is not the first time for Doherty, who’s former boyfriend of supermodel Kate Moss. He has a history of drug and driving offenses and was jailed in 2008 for breaching the terms of his probation.

Hmm… will this be his last? we don’t think so…
