Avril Lavigne Will Launch Her Perfume

Following the footsteps of other celebrities such as Paris Hilton, Britney Spears, Jennifer Lopez and even Sarah Jessica Parker, Avril Lavigne has just confirmed that she signed a deal with Proctor & Gamble Prestige Products to create a perfume line directed at her teen fans. As she said, “Creating this fragrance is a fun process and I am looking forward to sharing it with everyone”.

The wife of Sum 41’s frontman, Deryck Whibley, hasn’t decided exact date to launch her fragrance, but it is expected to hit stores sometime during mid next year. Lavigne will also launch her clothing line in July. The line is called “Abbey Dawn”, which is her childhood nickname given by her father.
