Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard: Engaged!

Wedding bells will soon be heard for Kristen Bell.

The When in Rome actress is reportedly engaged to Dax Shepard. Bell’s rep shared that Shepard, who’s Ashton Kutcher’s partner in Punk’d, proposed to 29-year-old Bell over the holidays.

35-year-old Shepard and Bell first stepped out publicly in January 2008, and the relationship is going stronger ever since. In the November issue of Women’s Health magazine, Bell detailed her perfect date night with Shepard, “There is almost nothing, barring a natural disaster, that I would let eat into my time at home, playing Scrabble with Dax or talking to my girlfriends.”

She also shared the secret to their relationship, “I’ve learned the necessity for healthy communication. How important it is to talk about your deepest, darkest fears and feelings.” She continued, “Your partner should hear your most embarrassing insecurities, because once you say them out loud, you’ve created a safe zone.”

The bride-to-be debuted her ring on the red carpet of the Grammys Sunday night. No further details about the engagement or the upcoming wedding, but we’ll be waiting patiently for the follow up.
