Hail to James Cameron and his Avatar!

The eco-friendly movie about the Na’vi tribe is still atop the box office chart, after earning another $30 million domestically over the weekend. It’s staying for the seventh consecutive week, making a total to $594.5 million in 45 days.

With this achievement, the film which stars Sam Worthington and Zoe Saldana broke the record for the highest-grossing seventh weekend in release and is expected to surpass Titanic, James Cameron’s other box-office mega hit, as the film with highest domestic gross later this week. Yap, it’s a score that is definitely hard to be beaten by the other nine movies in the Top 10.
