This is a reunion you’re gonna want to watch!

Former teen stars Melissa Joan Hart and Joey Lawrence will be reunited in the small screen in a new ABC Family sitcom. The sitcom will be like a ‘follow up’, after the duo were successfully got their groove back when appearing on ABC Family original movie last year, My Fake Fiance.

Because of the film’s great rating, this sitcom was developed with expectation to have a success result too. The half-hour sitcom will be simply titled Melissa & Joey, in which Hart got the role of a politician who hires a manny (played by Lawrence) to care for her niece and nephew when her sister winds up in jail. The new series is slated to premiere later this year.

Hart and Lawrence, were known for their role back in their teen days. Hart is popularly known as Sabrina, in Sabrina the Teenage Witch. While Lawrence gained popularity after appearing in Blossom. They are both 33 years old now, and also have appeared (although not together) on Dancing with the Stars. Hart placed ninth last season, while Lawrence finished third in Season 3.
