Viva La Vida Or Death And All His Friends: Coldplay’s Fastest Selling Album

The latest album from British band Coldplay, Viva La Vida Or Death And All His Friends, has just reached the Number One position in the UK Album Charts on June 15, only three days after being released.

According to the Official UK Chart Company, Coldplay’s fourth album has sold 302,000 since first release on Thursday (June 12). And because of that, this album has become the band’s fastest-selling album release, compared to three previous albums, and even “one of the fastest-selling records in history” according to BBC News.
