Ellen DeGeneres Got Emmy and Will Get Married!

Ellen DeGeneres is celebrating her life at the moment. She has won her fourth Daytime Emmy in a row for best talk show host. Came to the Awards Show accompanied by her partner, Portia de Rossi who look stunning in her green dress, black-and-white Ellen beat Regis Philbin, Barbara Walters and Whoopi Goldberg to the prize.
The presenter also confirmed that she and her long-term partner Portia de Rossi had set a date for their wedding, after the decision to lift the ban on same-sex marriage in California. The wedding will be air as part of her talk show. Ellen has also bought a pink diamond ring for Portia. Awww… such a sweet lover.
What she said about the wedding, “I obviously feel like it’s long overdue. I think someday people will look back on this like women not having the right to vote, and segregation, and anything else that seems ridiculous that we didn’t have all the same rights.” then she added, “Planning a wedding is very stressful. It’s crazy. My gardener is now invited”.
Hmmm.. if the gardener got it, then we’ll be waiting for your invitation too Ellen! Double Congrats!
