Paris Hilton’s Generous Donation

Only yesterday we posted an article about generous act of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, another celebrity following their footsteps today.

It was Miss Paris Hilton. Officials from Childrens Hospital Los Angeles made a statement on Thursday, that the 27-year-old heiress made an “extremely generous” donation toward the construction of a medical building at the hospital, but refuse to specify the amount.

The reality show star said herself, “The children I have met through my involvement with Childrens Hospital have truly touched my heart. I am proud to make a donation and lend my name to the fundraising effort to help children who are facing terribly serious illnesses”.

The 460,000-square-foot Childrens Center for Cancer and Blood Diseases is expected to open in 2010. After tasted the cold of cell’s wall for 23 days, Paris apparently really learned from her mistakes. She’s trying to make her wealthy life useful for others. Keep up the good work, Paris!
