Britney Might Have a Second Chance at the VMA

Remember Britney’s performance on last year VMA?

The “Gimme More” performance that was long-awaited, turns out not so much the performance that longing fans expected. Britney Spears’ performance not as energetic as she used to be, and the worst part, she lipsync-ed the (what should be) ‘great’ comeback performance. So NOT what the expected.

But apparently, MTV is thinking to have Birtney again on the award show. This year’s MTV Video Music Awards will air live from Paramount Pictures Studios in Los Angeles on Sept. 7. As interviewed by The Associated Press yesterday, president of MTV Networks Music Group, Van Toffler said about the rumor, “Everyone deserves a second or third chance, right?” And then he added, “Who knows?”

Well, everybody deserves a second chance indeed, and maybe Britney will gives her best performance now, learning from previous mistake. Then if it happens, good luck Brit!
