Jolie-Pitts Welcomes Knox and Vivienne!

The famous couple of the world, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, welcomed a son and a daughter to their happy family on Saturday (7/12). The twins becomes the fifth and sixth children of the Jolie-Pitts, making 8 wholesome of the family.

After checked in to the Fondation Lenval hospital in Nice, France, early this month, the ‘Wanted’ actress finally brought the twins to the world by an early Caesarean section.

According to Jolie’s doctor, Dr. Michel Sussmann, “The babies are doing well. The operation went just perfectly. Angelina is in very good spirits. Brad Pitt was at her side. He was there and all was well”.

He also confirmed the birth details, Jolie gave birth to a boy, Knox Léon, weighed 5.03 lbs, and a girl, Vivienne Marcheline, weighed 5 lbs. The C-section was moved forward “for medical reasons” so that the babies could be born “in the best conditions”.

The excited doctor said that 44-year-old Pitt was at Jolie’s side all the time, and even acted as “doctor’s assistant” through the labour process. Sussmann then added, “The mother and father are very, very happy”.

Knox and Vivienne not only adding joy and happiness to their parents, but also to their brothers and sisters; Maddox, 6; Pax, 4; Zahara, 3; and Shiloh, 2.
