Teen cutie, Selena Gomez has been chosen as a spokesperson for children’s charity UNICEF’s 2008 Trick-or-Treat campaign.

With the celebration of Halloween getting closer, the campaign hopes to encourage children to help other kids with worse condition than them around the world. Gomez’s appointment as the spokesperson marks the campaign’s 58th year. The star of Disney’s “Wizards of Waverly Place” talked about the honor, saying, “I am extremely excited to be this year’s Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF spokesperson. I want to help encourage other kids to make a difference in the world and show them that Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF is such a great, fun way to get involved”. (more…)

Britney Spears Documentary Movie Coming Soon on MTV

Climbing her way back, Britney Spears is taking a bold action. She will bravely reveals her stories, all those miserable times and all her struggles.

Spears and MTV is working together, making a documentary on Spears’s life a few years back. In a scene from the upcoming show, the “Toxic” singer shared her thoughts while reminiscing her life back then, rhetorically saying, “I sit there and I look back and I’m like, I’m a smart person, what the hell was I thinking?” She then added, “I’ve been through a lot in the past two or three years, and there’s a lot that people don’t know”. The X-Files star, David Duchovny had completed a rehabilitation program for sex addiction, as said on Monday by his attorney, Stanton “Larry” Stein.

Stein said in a statement, “David is out of rehab and about to start a new movie. He successfully completed his treatment.” Stein declined to say where the actor had been treated or when he left the center. Back in August, it was also Stein who publicly revealed the actor’s voluntarily admission to a rehab facility for treatment of sex addiction. (more…)

In a celebrity world, you could have two birthdays. One, is on the same date the day you were born. And two, is when you have a concert as a celebration of your birthday, even though it’s still very early to celebrate it, but you do it anyway. Yeah, i confused myself.

Miley Cyrus had the second one on Sunday. She’s actually will have her sweet sixteen on November 23, but the teen sensation got an early special birthday celebration at Disneyland, surrounded by family, friends, fans, and much more celebrities. The theme park was shut down exclusively for Miley, and the event got more exclusive with a four-song performance by the birthday girl herself, a fireworks display above Sleeping Beauty Castle and 16 giant inflatable candles. Britney Spears Giving Donation

Britney Spears is back with a good deeds.

On Wednesday, Spears was visiting a New York middle school as a representative from Elizabeth Arden, a huge cosmetic company, and donate a $10,000 check for the school. The check is to be used as an endowment for the school’s year-old music program, and the lucky school was John Philip Sousa Middle School 142 in The Bronx. (more…)

David Archuleta, runner-up from this year’s American Idol, is reportedly will try to take his talent up for a new challenge other than singing.

The 17-year-old cutie is set to make his acting debut in an episode of Nickelodeon’s “iCarly”. As confirmed by the television network, Archuleta will play as himself. The series tells a story about a high school girl, played by Miranda Cosgrove, who runs a video blog with her friends. In the episode titled “iRocked the Vote”, Archuleta guest-star as one of the contestants on an Idol-style show called “America Sings.” He gets a huge spike in votes after winning support in an iCarly webcast. Natalie Cole

After spending almost two weeks in the hospital because of a setback in her battle with Hepatitis C, “Miss You Like Crazy” singer Natalie Cole is reported back at her Los Angeles home, continuing the recovery process by resting in bed.

As said on Thursday by the singer’s representative, Maureen O’Connor, “She is back at home and she seems to be doing pretty well. The Hepatitis C is pretty much under control. She did need to do some kidney dialysis but that’s not related to the Hepatitis C”. (more…)

In a report by Perth’s Sunday Times, his love was shown from the will that the late actor left, that said that his two-year-old daughter Matilda Rose will inherit his entire estate, estimated to be worth 20 million dollars (16.6 million US). The girl who was just moving out of the guesthouse on latest episode of “The Hills”, Audrina Partridge, didn’t want to stay too long in sorrow.

23-year-old Partridge had landed her first endorsement deal. She will become the new face of Divine Rights Denim, and not just that, she will collaborate on jean designs as well. Angel Shoshan, Divine’s director of sales said that Audrina apparently possesses what is known in the jeans world as a “real denim edgy friendliness” that the company wanted. Shoshan praised the actress, “She has that flavor to her. She can wear a wife beater and jeans, and she just looks comfortable and hot”. (more…)

Famous talkshow host, Ellen DeGeneres who was just getting married last month to actress Portia de Rossi, definitely against the ballot initiative popularly known as Prop 8. She described the wording of Prop 8 as tricky. As the 50-year-old actress wrote on her blog, “There’s a California Proposition on the ballot that’s a little confusing ….
