Chris Kattan and His Wife

Sad news comes from former SNL (Saturday Night Live) star, Chris Kattan. He and his wife of eight weeks, Sunshine Tutt have separated.

Kattan’s rep, Jill Fritzo had confirmed, saying the couple are “just separated” and have “no plans for divorce at this time”. No reason was given for the split. Before the wedding that took place in Yosemite Valley, 37-year-old Kattan and 31-year-old Tutt had been dating since 2005 after meeting at a birthday party. (more…)

Bernie Mac Died (People)

The world has lost one of its “Original Kings of Comedy”. Bernie Mac died in Chicago on Saturday morning after a battle with pneumonia. He was 50 years old.

His publicist Danica Smith said in a statement confirming the comedian’s death, “[He] passed away this morning from complications due to pneumonia in a Chicago area hospital. No other details are available at this time.” She also added, “We ask that his family’s privacy continues to be respected”. (more…)

Elvis' Peacock Jumpsuit

The King is definitely a legendary name, and still came with a high price, even today!

It was reported yesterday that Elvis Presley’s favorite performance costume, the peacock jumpsuit, sold for $300,000, making it the most expensive piece of Elvis memorabilia sold at auction.

The white outfit with a plunging V-neck and high collar features a blue-and-gold peacock design hand-embroidered on the front and back and along the pant legs. It’s cinched at the waist by a wide belt decorated in gold medallions in a design resembling the eye of a peacock feather. Elvis knew how to get a birdie-glamorous look. (more…)

Batman - The Dark Knight

Despite the Joker said, “Why so serious?”, Batman’s sequel The Dark Knight is damn seriousssss in the box-office. The movie about Gotham’s superhero (slash vigilante) broke another record by surpassing the $400 million mark in just 18 days. That’s not even in three weeks people!

As informed by Exhibitor Relations, the Batman movie grossed another $6.3 million on Monday, bringing its overall domestic total to $400,038,494. Yap, THAT MUCH! The Dark Knight became the fastest film to reach $100 million, $200 million, $300 million, and now, the fastest film to $400 million. Big 400. (more…)

Eva Mendes’ sexiness is definitely an attraction, but also a distraction for TV viewers. And apparently in one commercial, her sexiness is considered too hot for TV!

Latest Calvin Klein’s commercial for perfume “Secret Obsession”, starring Eva Mendes has set U.S. television networks on the heat. U.S. broadcast networks are refusing to air the commercial for the CK fragrance, where almost bare Mendes was seen rolling around on an unmade bed, while seductively whispers, “Between love and madness lies obsession, Love…madness. Morgan Freeman (Star Pulse)

Charismatic actor, Morgan Freeman, was injured in an accident on Sunday night, and was in serious condition, but reportedly will be okay.

The accident happened when he and his friend riding in a 1997 Nissan Maxima, it’s already dark, and the vehicle went off the shoulder of the road and flipped over a few times. The car then landed upright in a ditch alongside Mississippi Highway 32, about 5 miles west of Charleston, not far from where Freeman owns a home with his wife. (more…)

Christina Applegate

The “View from the Top” actress, Christina Applegate is treated for breast cancer, as confirmed by her rep.

On Saturday, Applegate’s publicist, Ame Van Iden said in a statement, “Christina Applegate was diagnosed with an early form of breast cancer. Benefiting from early detection through a doctor ordered MRI, the cancer is not life threatening…Christina is following the recommended treatment of her doctors and will have a full recovery.
