After being arrested for DUI on Dec 27, Mischa Barton (22), will accept a plea deal at her arraignment Thursday (4/10) in Beverly Hills court, so she doesn’t have to go to jail. Instead, she will serves a three-year unsupervised probation term.
She will also be sentenced to a 3 month of alcohol-education class, and she has to pay a fine of approximately $1,700. And because of the small amount found, the charge of marijuana possession has been dropped. another charge of driving without a license will be reduced to an infraction. Read more
